
Mayfair CDC Staff:
Brian Patrick King was born in Mayfair and attended St. Matthew’s, Father Judge, and St. Joseph’s University, where he earned a Bachelor's Degree of Fine Arts. He has worked at Marinucci’s Deli, and at St. Matthews as a teacher. Currently, Brian sits in on the Board and is an employee of the MCDC as Executive Director. Brian is also an assistant soccer coach for St. Matthews Varsity Boys Team. Brian and his wife Kimberly currently reside in Mayfair.
Linda Vivino a graduate of Little Flower High School has lived in Mayfair for over 13 years. She is a mother of 2 and a member of St . Matthews Parish. Linda is the MCDC's Administrative Assistant and newest member of the Staff. Good Luck!
Jim Berghair is a 58 year old retired Philadelphia Policeman. He was a K-9 officer with his dog Bruiser and worked the Granny Squad in the Stakeout Unit. He finished his career with the Department as an instructor at the Police Academy. Jim is married, and he and his wife Denise have 4 children and 6 grandchildren.
Jim has been with the CDC for 4 years and enjoys his job as Operations Manager. His responsibilities are running green machines, graffiti removal, and the upkeep of the mini park. A lifetime resident, Jim and his crew believe they make a difference. They take great pride in their work…in keeping Mayfair a great place to live and work: It’s not only a tagline; they really believe it’s true!
John M. Perzel Community Center Staff:
Jeff Lewin was born and still resides in the Mayfair section of the city. He graduated from St. Matt’s and Roman Catholic High School. Jeff currently attends Chestnut Hill College where his major is Criminal Justice. He has worked at the Community Center as Facility Manager for more than a year.
Thomas Krimm was born in Mayfair and attended St. Joseph’s University. He has been a resident of Mayfair for approximately 40 years. Tom most recently retired from Majestic Wine and Spirits after 20 years as a salesman.
Donald J. Monaghan was raised in South Philadelphia, then later settled his family in West Mayfair. Don worked for SEPTA for 32 years, where he started as Car Cleaner and worked his way up to Maintenance Manager before retiring. He has been married 40 years with four children and five grandchildren. He enjoys model trains and dancing to the oldies.
