Mayfair CDC Is Moving On Up!

The Mayfair CDC has reached an Agreement of Sale on the Manor Medical and Professional Building, its current base of operations.  The transfer will take place in mid February 2008, and the new owner is Matthew Jones, a local business man an neighborhood resident who is invested in the neighborhood and its  success.  Our new   office space, which will be very similar to accommodations at the Manor Building,  is in the process of being  completed.   By mid February the Mayfair CDC will be establishing its new residence on the 2nd deck of the   John M. Perzel Community Center.

 From this new venue we will continue to oversee our entire scope of operations.  This move not only makes financial sense and centralizes our staff, but more importantly puts us in closer contact with the residents, whose needs and problems we are constantly attempting to address.
